L.E.A.P:
A Program to Stimulate Next Level Business Growth
L.E.A.P. (Leadership and Empowerment for Achievable Plans) is an interactive
program designed to stimulate aggressive growth for entrepreneurial
companies that want to move to the next level. By combining coaching,
training and a peer advisory process, participants will create an individual
plan, learn about the success patterns of growth companies, and share
ideas and debate common concerns. The interactive training targets
special issues critical to the development and successful operation
of fast-growing companies. The end- result is implementation of a strategic
plan and operational plan.
You will receive:
- Assessments - management development; feedback from employees, suppliers
and peers; industry benchmarking
- Interactive facilitation and coaching.
- Peer learning from participant discussion groups
- Comprehensive, concise learning materials designed especially
for entrepreneurs
You will develop:
- A 2-5 year strategic plan for your company
- A one year operational plan for your company
- Stronger leadership skills
- Implementation process for your company
You will practice:
- Flexible leadership
- Vital business planning and implementation skills
- Conversion of "high-risk" to sound business decisions
- Financial management
You will meet:
- Experienced entrepreneurs who share practical solutions
to unique challenges
faced by growing companies: people, capital, customers,
and more
- Like-minded peers facing
similar issues
- Successful entrepreneurs
who will share
their stories about
their achievements
and development
You are eligible
if you are a
President, CEO,
owner, partner
or
executive of
an entrepreneurial
company that
has:
- A business track
record of
at least two years
- The beginnings
of a
key management team
- An entrepreneurial
management
style
and
culture
What
is the selection
process?
- Complete
an
application for
the
program
- Complete
an
interview
with
the
program
facilitator
which
will
include
looking
at
your
last
two
year's
financial
statements
- Participants
will
be
selected
and
notified
no
later
than
one
month
before
the
first
session
- Participants
will
be
placed
in
groups
according
to
similarity
in
business
issues,
size,
staff,
management
development
- Competitors
will
not
be
placed
in
groups
together
What
is
your
commitment?
- Attend
monthly
training/peer
advisory
sessions
for
8 months
- Schedule
monthly
coaching
for
two
hours
per
session
- Openly
participate
in
all
discussions
and
attend
every
session
- Complete
the
assignments
between
sessions
(coaching
will
support
these)
- Develop
supportive
relationships
within
your
company
and
outside
