Day
of Entrepreneurial Service
May 7, 2005
SmartGrowth, Inc. organizes a group of volunteer entrepreneurs to
provide a day a service to the community twice a year in the spring
and fall. After receiving the Martin Luther King Award for Business
Social Responsibility this year, Pam Watson Korbel, SmartGrowth CEO,
was inspired to lead more entrepreneurs into community service.
In May 2005, 30 volunteers assisted Inner City Health Center of
Denver with work on their facility and grounds. See the photos here.
